在一個集體中,每個人都有義務和責任自律和自我約束。也就是說一個和諧團結的集體離不開每個人共同的維護。很慚愧,我很多時候都做不到甚至沒意識到這一點,如果把自己的幸福建立到別人的痛苦折磨之上,那么這種幸福不要也罷。
為了使自己處于精力飽滿的狀態,良好的作息習慣必不可少。1.盡量在11.30之前睡覺少熬夜 2也不要睡懶覺起的特別晚 3.起床時動靜不要太大別影響到室友休息 4室友在睡覺時鼠標鍵盤聲要盡量輕,最好不用。
5.早晨最好不用鬧鈴,用生物鐘起床。如果要用的話最好調成震動模式。
6.最后與集體和諧相處最重要的一點,要及時溝通,及時溝通,及時溝通。有什么做的不對的以恰當的方式指出來,有做的好的地方多點贊。
以上這些都是根據一些經驗總結出來的,有的背后甚至包含著年少輕狂自食其果的教訓。
