基于小波變換的微弱信號檢測技術研究
摘要:
微弱信號檢測的目的是要提取需要檢測到的微弱信息,利用小波分析方法遏制噪聲放大信號以達到檢測微弱信號的目的。
小波分析理論是一種新興的信號處理理論,它在時間上和頻率上都有很好的局部性,它可以將信號的高頻成分和低頻成分分開。由于噪聲信號多存在于高頻部分,從而實現(xiàn)降噪目的。小波分析理論[1]已經成為信號降噪中的一種重要的工具。利用小波方法降噪,是小波分析應用于實際的重要方面。
本文是在假設噪聲為高斯白噪聲的前提下,根據(jù)小波分解和重構法,實現(xiàn)微弱信號的降噪處理。文中介紹了小波降噪的基本原理及基本步驟,硬閾值和軟閾值降噪方法,描述了4種閾值形式及其選取規(guī)則。小波降噪的關鍵是如何選擇閾值和如何利用閾值來處理小波系數(shù),通過對小波閾值化降噪的原理介紹,運用MATLAB 中的小波工具箱,對一個含噪信號進行閾值降噪。通過對幾種降噪方法比對分析和基于MATLAB信號降噪的仿真實驗,驗證小波降噪的優(yōu)越性。其中的閾值降噪的方法是一種實現(xiàn)簡單、效果較好的小波降噪方法。

Weak Signal Detection Based On Wavelet Analysis
Abstract:
The purpose of the weak signal detection is to extract need to detect weak to information, using the wavelet analysis method contain noise amplification signal in order to achieve the purpose of the weak signal detection.
Wavelet analysis theory is a new signal process and it has good localization in both time and frequency, which makes the wavelet analysis suitable for the time -frequency analysis. It can be divided high frequence and low frequence .Because of the noised signal mostly exist to the high frequence,thus it shows a prominence effect in denoise. Wavelet analysis theory has become an important tool in the signal de-noising. Using wavelet methods in de-noising, is an important aspect in the application of wavelet analysis.
On the consumption that the noise is the Gaussion white noise ,the noise has been excluded from the corrupted signal relying on the wavelet transform and reconstruction.This paper introduces the principle of wavelet de-noising and process of wavelet de-noising,the de-noising method of the soft or hard thresholding .This paper describe four kinds of threshold rules and the choices of thresholding rule.The key of wavelet de-noising is how to choose a threshold and how to use thresholds to deal with wavelet c
