摘 要 直接調制光發射機能完成對電信號的處理,其功能是把電脈沖信號變成光脈沖信號。本文先介紹了光纖通信的發展背景,光纖相對于傳統銅導線的優越性,以及光纖通信未來的發展。在第二章中對光纖通信中的光源進行了介紹,其中包括LED發光二極管與LD半導體激光器,詳細說明了結構、發光機理、P-I特性、光譜特性、調制特性等工作特性。簡單介紹LD組件,并說明它在現代已大規模商用化,是目前的主流應用形式。在后一章中對LED和LD光發射機進行詳細設計,首先設計了LED光發射電路,然后深入研究更為復雜的LD激光器調制電路,在對其進行了簡單介紹后,說明了自動溫度控制電路和自動功率控制電路在LD調制電路中的重要性,然后再對這兩種電路進行了設計。下一章中,首先對Multisim這一應用廣泛的電子仿真軟件進行介紹,并在Multisim 13中對上面所有電路進行仿真,獲得各個電路中相關元器件的參數,并給出仿真結果。最后,再學習Altium Designer印制電路板軟件的使用,并對LD組件及外圍電路進行印制電路板的制作。

ABSTRACT Directly modulated optical transmitter is to accomplish the processing of the electrical signal, and its function is to transform the electrical pulse signals into the optical pulse signal. This paper first describes the development of optical fiber communication background, superiority of the fiber with respect to the conventional copper wires and future development of optical fiber communication. In the second chapter, it introduces the sources of the optical fiber communication, including light-emitting diodes(LED) and laser diode(LD). It details the operating characteristics as the structure and luminescence mechanism, PI characteristics, spectral characteristics and modulation characteristics. Then this article briefly introduces the LD component, indicating that it has a large-scale commercialization in modern times and is the mainstream application form. In the next chapter, it detailed designs LED and LD optical transmitter. First, the light-emitting LED circuit was designed. Then it deep studys more complex laser modulation circuit. After a brief introduction, it introduces the importance of automatic temperature control circuit and the automatic power control circuit of the LD modulation circuit. Then it designs these two circuits. In the next chapter, it firstly introduces the application of a wide range of electronic Multisim simulation software, then simulates all the circuit in Multisim 13,accessing to related components paramet
