一、默認(rèn)情況下，在創(chuàng)建網(wǎng)站集時(shí)，只有選擇的模板為‘?Publishing Portal（發(fā)布門戶）’與‘?Enterprise Wiki（企業(yè) Wiki）’時(shí)才默認(rèn)啟用發(fā)布功能，如下圖所示：

　　

二、發(fā)布功能包含兩塊：網(wǎng)站集級(jí)別的發(fā)布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure）與網(wǎng)站級(jí)別的發(fā)布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing）。分別如下圖所示：

　　程序集的根網(wǎng)站（首要網(wǎng)站）--> 右上角齒輪按鈕 --> 網(wǎng)站設(shè)置（Site Settings）--> 網(wǎng)站集管理（Site Collection Administration）--> 網(wǎng)站集功能（Site collection feature）

　　　　

　　程序集的根網(wǎng)站（首要網(wǎng)站）--> 右上角齒輪按鈕 --> 網(wǎng)站設(shè)置（Site Settings）--> 網(wǎng)站操作（Site Actions）--> 管理網(wǎng)站功能（Manage site features）

　　

三、啟用SharePoint Server 發(fā)布基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure）：

　　1、網(wǎng)站模板，開啟該功能的網(wǎng)站集，在創(chuàng)建子網(wǎng)站時(shí)，會(huì)默認(rèn)添加三個(gè)模板：

　　　　發(fā)布網(wǎng)站（Publishing Site）

　　　　使用工作流發(fā)布網(wǎng)站（Publishing Site with Workflow）

　　　　企業(yè) Wiki（Enterprise Wiki）

　　2、網(wǎng)站設(shè)置（Site settings）頁面的更改：

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站管理（Site Administration）部分增加下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)（Content and structure）

　　　　　　　　內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)日志（Content and structure logs）

　　　　　　　　翻譯狀態(tài)（Translation Status）

　　　　　　搜索（Search）部分增加下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　可搜索的欄（Searchable columns）

　　　　　　外觀部分增加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　設(shè)計(jì)管理器（Design Manager）

　　　　　　　　設(shè)備通道（Device Channels）

　　　　　　　　導(dǎo)入設(shè)計(jì)包（Import Design Package）

　　　　　　　　導(dǎo)航（Navigation）

　　　　　　外觀部分刪除了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　快速啟動(dòng)（Quick launch）

　　　　　　　　頂部鏈接欄（Top link bar）

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集管理部分添加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　　　搜索引擎優(yōu)化設(shè)置（Search engine optimization settings）

　　　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集導(dǎo)航（Site collection navigation）

　　　　　　　　存儲(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（Storage Metrics）

　　　　　　　　變體設(shè)置（Variations Settings）

　　　　　　　　變體標(biāo)簽（Variation labels）

　　　　　　　　變體日志（Variation logs）

　　　　　　　　可轉(zhuǎn)換的欄（Translatable columns）

　　　　　　　　建議的內(nèi)容瀏覽器位置（Suggested Content Browser Locations）

　　3、文檔庫和列表（Lists, Libraries, and other Apps），啟用 SharePoint Server 發(fā)布基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)功能時(shí)，下列文檔庫和列表將添加到網(wǎng)站集的根網(wǎng)站中（網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容頁面（Site Contents））：

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集文檔（Site Collection Documents） 此庫存儲(chǔ)用于整個(gè)網(wǎng)站集的文檔。

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集圖像（Site Collection Images） ? 此庫存儲(chǔ)用于整個(gè)網(wǎng)站集的圖像。　　　　　　

四、啟用SharePoint Server 發(fā)布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing）：

　　1、網(wǎng)站設(shè)置（Site settings）頁面的更改：

　　　　Web設(shè)計(jì)器庫（Web Designer Galleries）部分刪除原有的‘母版頁（Master pages）’鏈接，換成‘母版頁和頁面布局（Master pages and page layouts）’鏈接。

　　　　網(wǎng)站管理部分（Site Administration）添加了下列鏈接：　

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站輸出緩存（Site output cache）?
　　　　　　管理目錄鏈接（Manage catalog connections）?
　　　　　　網(wǎng)站變體設(shè)置（Site variation settings）

　　　　外觀部分（Look and Feel）添加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　母版頁（Master page）

　　　　　　頁面布局和網(wǎng)站模板 （Page layouts and site templates）

　　　　　　歡迎頁面（Welcome Page）

　　　　　　圖像呈現(xiàn)形式 （Image Renditions）

　　　　網(wǎng)站操作部分（Site Actions）刪除了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　啟用搜索配置導(dǎo)出（Enable search configuration export）

　　　　網(wǎng)站集管理部分（Site Collection Administration）添加了下列鏈接：

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集緩存配置文件（Site collection cache profiles）?

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集對(duì)象緩存（Site collection object cache）?

　　　　　　網(wǎng)站集輸出緩存（Site collection output cache）

　　2、文檔庫和列表（Lists, Libraries, and other Apps），啟用 SharePoint Server 發(fā)布功能時(shí)，下列文檔庫和列表將添加到網(wǎng)站中（網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容頁面（Site Contents））：

　　　　文檔（Documents）：此庫存儲(chǔ)在網(wǎng)站頁面中使用的文檔。

　　　　圖像（Images）：此庫存儲(chǔ)在網(wǎng)站頁面中使用的圖像。

　　　　工作流任務(wù)（Workflow Tasks） ? 此列表存儲(chǔ)在網(wǎng)站中創(chuàng)建的工作流任務(wù)。

五、在使用非發(fā)布模板創(chuàng)建的網(wǎng)站集中開啟與關(guān)閉順序：

　　1、啟用：首先需要啟用SharePoint Server 發(fā)布基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure），然后再啟用SharePoint Server 發(fā)布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing）。因?yàn)楹笳咝枰蕾嚽罢摺＜聪葐?dòng)網(wǎng)站集級(jí)別，然后網(wǎng)站級(jí)別。

　　2、關(guān)閉：首先要關(guān)機(jī)所有網(wǎng)站的SharePoint Server 發(fā)布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing），然后再關(guān)閉SharePoint Server 發(fā)布基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure）。不允許在未關(guān)閉網(wǎng)站級(jí)別的發(fā)布功能時(shí)直接關(guān)閉網(wǎng)站集級(jí)別的發(fā)布功能。

六、繼承關(guān)系：

　　1、根網(wǎng)站啟用SharePoint Server 發(fā)布基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)功能（SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure），在創(chuàng)建子網(wǎng)站時(shí)，與網(wǎng)站有關(guān)的鏈接會(huì)被繼承下來，比如‘設(shè)計(jì)管理器（Design Manager）’。

　　2、根網(wǎng)站啟用SharePoint Server 發(fā)布功能（SharePoint Server Publishing），在創(chuàng)建子網(wǎng)站時(shí)，并不會(huì)繼承根網(wǎng)站的一些鏈接和設(shè)置。可見其是獨(dú)立存在的。
