一.安裝Oracle Linux 6.1

Oracle 搞自己的Linux 已經有幾年的時間了，一致沒怎么留意，今天特意關注了一下，從edelivery上下載了一個Oracle? Linux 6.1 的測試了一下。

? ? ? ? 安裝過程和Redhat 一樣，不過6.1 的版本多了對ext4的支持，然后在安裝時候提示會多一些。 在定制Server 的時候也比redhat 5多一些.

關于技術方面的東西，這里就不看了，這里看一下Oracle Linux 授權問題。

根據以上的信息，可以得出一下結論：

（1）Oracle Linux 是開源的，可以免費使用，并且在安裝時不需要激活碼。

（2）如果想得到Oracle 的Support，就可以必須購買授權。只有購買了Support 之后才可以更新Patch 和修復bug。

BTW：

?????? 不知是虛擬機的原因，還是習慣的原因，Oracle Linux 給我的第一感覺不太好，所以本打算用Oracle Linux做測試的想法被扼殺在搖籃了，繼續使用Redhat吧。
