解決辦法，卸載當前本地angular版本，裝符合標準的版本

怎么一下9.0.2版本一下9.0.7版本的？

我嘗試修改ipcweb-ng目錄下的package.json和卸載或升級本地的angular，沒有效果，

后來把rv1.7原裝的ipcweb-ng拷貝過來，按步驟運行，好像沒有再報這個錯誤了，但是報了其他的錯誤，
