numpy.random.rand(d0,?d1,?...,?dn)Random values in a given shape.(指定類型的)
Create an array of the given shape and populate it with random samples from a uniform distribution over?[0,?1).(創建一個給定類型的數組，將其填充在一個均勻分布的隨機樣本[0,?1)中)
