該程序rtsp源碼結(jié)合 mpp 里 sample_venc 的視頻編碼樣例可以用 VLC 播放 H.265 視頻實(shí)時(shí)流將rtsp_server.h, sample_venc.c 這 2 個(gè)文件放到 mpp/sample/venc 目錄下重新make即可。
在文件系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行./sample_venc ?VLC播放器里打開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)串流 :

修改 VLC->>打開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)串流->>勾選顯示更多選項(xiàng)->>正在緩沖->> 300ms,可以稍微降低延時(shí)。不然延時(shí)有點(diǎn)大。
