【解決辦法】：
打開 Internet信息服務(IIS)管理器 > 應用程序池，在應用程序池“SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPool”上右鍵，并點擊“高級設(shè)置”，再將“啟用32位應用程序”改為“False”。（修改后注意“啟動”此應用程序池。）

2. 修改了管理員賬號密碼導致服務不能訪問

【網(wǎng)頁錯誤信息】：HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

【日志錯誤信息】：沒有錯誤相關(guān)的信息。

【時間查看器信息】：由于配置問題，無法加載模塊 DLL“C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\isapi\owssvr.dll”。當前配置僅支持加載為 x86 處理器架構(gòu)構(gòu)建的映像。

打開 Internet信息服務(IIS)管理器 > 應用程序池，對"標識"為管理員賬號的應用程序池逐個進行如下操作：在應用程序池名稱上右鍵，并重新設(shè)置“標識”。（修改后注意“啟動”此應用程序池。）

4. 未設(shè)置“備用訪問映射”

【網(wǎng)頁錯誤信息】：運行時錯誤（FBA）或輸入了正確的用戶名密碼，但還是不能登錄成功
