故障：

客戶忘記了在Storage Manager中設(shè)置的密碼。

解決方案一：

? ?如果客戶以前設(shè)置可以使用“rlogin”，則使用“rlogin”這個命令連接到DS3000；

輸入口令（默認口令為infiniti）；如果口令正確，就會出現(xiàn)CLI界面；輸入以下口令：

clearSYMbolPassword 返回Value = 0 = 0x0

解決方案二：

? ?使用串口線連接DS3000和主機的串口；使用超級終端，設(shè)置如下：

按 Ctrl-Break，等待兩秒后，繼續(xù)此動作，直到出現(xiàn)“

“ Press within five seconds: <S> for Service Interface, ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

?<BREAK> for baud rate”

再次按Ctrl-Break，出現(xiàn)以下提示：

Setbaud rate: press <space> within 5 seconds ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Press the spacebar and the following line should appear: ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Baud rate set to 115200 ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

?(The speed shown will vary depending on what speed you ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

? ? selected for your PC serial port.) ?

按Ctrl-c，出現(xiàn)以下提示：

在這里輸入密碼(默認密碼：infiniti)，如果DS4000控制器的微碼版本是7.10版本以上，則需要按提示輸入帳號/密碼，缺省帳號/密碼是：shellUsr/wy3oo&w4，出現(xiàn)以下提示：
