Cover letter

?Cover Letter, 即投稿信，是論文投遞時(shí)與論文一起發(fā)送給編輯的信件，其目的是讓編輯在閱讀你的論文之前，簡單了解你文章的基本情況。Cover letter是編輯對(duì)論文的第一印象，也是初步評(píng)判你論文是否可以被期刊接收的重要依據(jù)。Cover letter包含的內(nèi)容有

• 期刊編輯的姓名（不清楚的時(shí)候用Dear editor）；
• 投稿文章的標(biāo)題
• 投稿的道德規(guī)范免責(zé)說明（是否一稿多投）
• 稿件有無特殊處理要求（屏蔽某些競爭者成為審稿人）
• 文章簡介（研究背景，論文重要發(fā)現(xiàn)，發(fā)表在期刊上的原因，引發(fā)讀者興趣的部分）
• 通訊作者信息（作者姓名，所屬機(jī)構(gòu)，通訊地址，聯(lián)系電話，郵箱）
