NVT模擬中不采用壓力耦合,NPT模擬中不采用溫度耦合,MD模擬中二者都要用上,這才是最接近于真實的情況,即溫度要與外界一致,壓力也要與外界一致。需要說明的部分均在minim.mdp、nvt.mdp、npt.mdp中說明過了,這里不再贅述。
