此文介紹 complete media types 與 partial media types 的區(qū)別。
Complete Media Types
complete?media 是完全定義媒體流格式的類型。給定完整的媒體類型,管道組件可以分析與媒體類型關(guān)聯(lián)的流數(shù)據(jù),而不會(huì)出現(xiàn)歧義。
對(duì)于未壓縮的格式,以下主題定義了 complete media type 所需要的 attribute:

對(duì)于壓縮過(guò)的 (或編碼過(guò)) 的流,complete media type 的定義由編解碼器定義。
Partial Media Types
partial?media 缺少完整媒體類型所需的一個(gè)或多個(gè)屬性。枚舉可能的媒體類型時(shí),Microsoft Media Foundation 組件可能會(huì)保留未設(shè)置的值,以指示它可以處理任何值。例如, 視頻處理器可能會(huì)保留?MF_MT_FRAME_RATE?attribute,以表示它可以處理任何幀速率,并在必要時(shí)執(zhí)行幀速率轉(zhuǎn)換。

From a Format Structure to a Media Foundation Type
下面的函數(shù)使用一個(gè) format structure 來(lái)初始化?Media Foundation media type。當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)流或者文件頭包含有?format structure 時(shí)也可以使用這些函數(shù)。例如 WAVE 音頻文件開(kāi)頭就包含一個(gè)?WAVEFORMATEX?結(jié)構(gòu)體。
