使用Endnote自定義參考文獻(xiàn)格式

使用Endnote插入?yún)⒖嘉墨I(xiàn)，若要設(shè)置期刊指定格式或自己想要的參考格式，使用EndNote自定義方法，步驟如下。
注：有的期刊會(huì)給出EndNote的格式文件，那樣直接導(dǎo)入就行。

一.創(chuàng)建自定義格式

【Edit】-【Output Styles】-【New style】

以下幾個(gè)內(nèi)容都是對(duì)自定義格式的一些基本設(shè)置，保持默認(rèn)即可。

二. 定義引用格式

對(duì)應(yīng)左側(cè)欄目的Citations部分，引用格式即在論文中指定部分插入時(shí)出現(xiàn)的格式，例如（第一作者，年份）或[引用順序]

2.1 Templates/模板

定義Citation，還可以設(shè)置字體為粗體、斜體、上下標(biāo)等類型。

2.2 Ambiguous Citations/歧義引用

此部分用于區(qū)分歧義引用，一般不涉及

（1）選擇在引文中注明作者的首字母/全名
（2）引用唯一
（3）為同一作者的不同作品添加標(biāo)題
（4）年份后添加一個(gè)字母

2.3 Author Lists/作者列表

多個(gè)作者的表示方法
（1）作者分隔符，一般情況下作者之間實(shí)驗(yàn)逗號(hào)分隔，最后一個(gè)作者前使用“and”
（2）縮寫(xiě)作者列表，第一次/后續(xù)出現(xiàn)時(shí)
選擇1，則列出所有作者的名字，選擇2，設(shè)定有xxx個(gè)作者時(shí)，列出前xxx個(gè)作者，其余縮寫(xiě)為xxx，勾選Itatic則使用斜體。

2.4 Author Name/作者姓名

（1）First/Other author(s)中，三個(gè)選項(xiàng)分別代表格式為名姓 、姓,名、姓名

（2）Capitalization: 首字母大寫(xiě)、常規(guī)、全部大寫(xiě)、全部小寫(xiě)

（3）Initials: 關(guān)于縮寫(xiě)的設(shè)置

2.5 Numbering/編號(hào)

一般選擇第一項(xiàng)

選擇排序方式

三. 定義參考格式

對(duì)應(yīng)左側(cè)的Bibliography部分，在文檔中對(duì)應(yīng)論文后面的參考文獻(xiàn)格式

3.1 Templates /模板（最重要的部分）

選擇Reference Types可以定義自己想要的格式，常用的有Thesis,Journal Article,Book,Conference Paper,Web Page,Patent.

參考附錄GB/T 7714的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式設(shè)置語(yǔ)法，對(duì)順序/字體等做一些稍作修改即可變?yōu)樽约合胍母袷健?br /> 注意格式里面的空格也是很重要的，對(duì)應(yīng)最后參考文獻(xiàn)列表里面的空格。

3.2 Layout/布局

指定每條參考的起始和終止位置內(nèi)容，例如要想?yún)⒖嘉墨I(xiàn)進(jìn)行編號(hào)，起始內(nèi)容設(shè)置為[Bibliography Number] ，終止內(nèi)容一般為空。

3.3 Sort Order/排序

設(shè)置排序方式

3.4 Author Lists、Author Name、Editor Lists、Editor Name

參考Citations中的Author Lists、Author Name

3.6 Title Capitalization/標(biāo)題格式

標(biāo)題格式設(shè)置。（1）和輸入保持一致（2）首字母大寫(xiě)（3）全句大寫(xiě)
