在安裝boost時候裝到一半就卡住了，

參考了另一篇文章：vcpkg下載boost庫失敗解決辦法

腳本部分是參考他的文章，

根據自己路徑以及文件名適當調整，大概意思是遇到某些文件就不做哈希校驗了，遇到某些文件就不要下載了，

目前已經是版本已經是7.14，

另外在download目錄下的兩個文件，他是使用地址，發現會有一些問題，

我是直接翻墻將文件拖回來放進download，
