Processing key（處理代碼）?:
NETCH (凈變化計劃):即只計劃上次計劃以后計劃相關(guān)內(nèi)容發(fā)生變動的物料(注意,某些物料的參數(shù)發(fā)生變動了,系統(tǒng)也認為計劃內(nèi)容沒有發(fā)生變動).

-->NETCH只對“上一次MRP運行后有物料移動或MRP參數(shù)改變或有需求變化”的物料運行MRP。

NETPL(計劃周期內(nèi)的凈變化計劃):即只在計劃周期內(nèi)執(zhí)行凈變化計劃,周期外將不進行計劃.

-->NEUPL就是對該工廠下所有的物料運行MRP。

NEUPL(重新計劃):所有的物料不管有沒有變動都再次計劃. 如果沒有Performance的考量,建議每次都選NEUPL(注意某些單項計劃不能選擇NEUPL),其次選NETCH.

-->NETPL是對“上一次MRP運行后有物料移動或MRP參數(shù)改變或在planning horizon內(nèi)有需求變化”的物料運行MRP。

Create Purchase req.(創(chuàng)建采購申請):
1:計劃結(jié)果直接生成采購申請(PR);
2:只在未清期間內(nèi)生成采購申請(PR),未清期間外生成計劃訂單(Planned Order);
3:全部生成計劃訂單(Planned Order).

Delivery Schedule(交貨計劃表):如果MM模塊啟用了計劃行(Schedule Line),則MRP結(jié)果如下處理:
1:不生成計劃行(Schedule Line);
2:只有在未清期間內(nèi)生成計劃行(Schedule Line);
3:全部生成計劃行(Schedule Line);

Create MRP List(創(chuàng)建MRP清單):設置MRP運算是否更新MRP清單(MRP List):
1:不生成/更新
2:根據(jù)例外信息決定
3:全部更新/生成MRP清單(MRP List)

Planning Mode(計劃模式):
1:不清空原先的計劃訂單(Planned Order);
2:不清空,但是要重新展開他們的BOM和Routing(即按照最新的BOM和Routing);
3:全部清空未確認的計劃訂單(Planned Order),重新生成.

Scheduling(調(diào)度):
1:按物料主數(shù)據(jù)的提前期(Lead Time)進行排產(chǎn)
2:按工藝路線(Routing)進行排產(chǎn)

運行T.code MD21你可查看物料+工廠的NETCH和NETPL的標志。

planning horizon （計劃區(qū)間）可以設置的，一個時間范圍(workdays)
設置在： spro->mm->consumption-based planning->plant parameters->carry .....

?二、MRP List

T-code:MD04(stock/requirement list) ? MD05(MRP list)

MD04

Stock/Requirement list is a dynamic list,which shows current status of requirements & sources of ?the material;So any changes in the procuments ?or needs will be shown in this list.

MD05 ?

MRP list it is a static list,which shows the status of requirements & sources ?after the MRP run.This list is not updated till the next MRP run.

• From the?MRP list?, choose??Goto>Stock/requirements list comparison >?.?

• From the?stock/requirement list?, choose??Goto >MRP list comparison >?.

Result

You now branch into the comparison screen for both lists.

The system displays the date of the last planning run in the?Comparison?screen area.

In the?Period totals?screen area, the system shows the planning result in the period totals display. There are two of each column, that is, one for each list type. They can be told apart optically.

By choosing??Stock/requirements list,?you branch into the period totals display of the stock/requirements list and by choosing?MRP list?, you branch into the MRP list.

By double-clicking on a period, you call up the individual line display for the selected period in the lower part of the screen. The system lists all the MRP elements for this period individually.
