從而發(fā)展起來的基于項目反應(yīng)理論的新型測試方法，由于近年來計算

機科學的飛速發(fā)展，使得計算機自適應(yīng)測試成為未來教育測試的發(fā)展

趨勢。計算機自適應(yīng)測試在國外許多領(lǐng)域都有研究和應(yīng)用，而在國內(nèi)

的發(fā)展則相對滯后。 本文針對NCAE項目中原有系統(tǒng)存在的問題，通過比較三種測試

理論的優(yōu)缺點，得出設(shè)計一個CAT系統(tǒng)可以很好地解決現(xiàn)有問題的

結(jié)論。然后通過對各種參數(shù)估計算法的比較，選擇適當?shù)膮?shù)估計策

略，設(shè)計了一個計算機自適應(yīng)測試的測試過程，并將NCAE項目中的

原有系統(tǒng)改進成基于CAT的測試系統(tǒng)，其中重點實現(xiàn)了考試中心子

系統(tǒng)的題庫管理模塊和考點子系統(tǒng)的考試模塊。最后對系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵 問題——試題項目參數(shù)估計、被試能力參數(shù)估計和試題選擇等進行了

研究和實現(xiàn)，并提出了系統(tǒng)的性能優(yōu)化策略，以及在今后的工作中值
