食品安全追溯體系研究論文
摘要:
隨著食品安全問題日益突出,建立食品安全追溯體系已成為食品安全管理的重要組成部分。本文對(duì)食品安全追溯體系的概念、設(shè)計(jì)原則、實(shí)施步驟以及效果評(píng)估進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,食品安全追溯體系能夠提高食品安全水平,減少食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為企業(yè)和社會(huì)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。

Abstract:
With the growing concern about food safety, the construction of food safety traceability systems has become an important part of food safety management. This paper studies the concept, design principles, implementation steps, and evaluation of food safety traceability systems. The results show that food safety traceability systems can improve food safety, reduce food safety risks, and bring economic and social benefits to the enterprise and society.
