今天給一小伙伴遠程配置java環境的時候，越到個巨坑，一樣的軟件，從我電腦上到人家電腦一直不能運行，eclipse完全不能聯網，eclipse里面的tomcat一啟動就報錯說端口占用，maven不能下載依賴包，不能創建maven項目，不能安裝插件，然后我查看了本機的端口占用情況也沒有看到我要用的端口被別的應用占用，最后…….折騰了好久，終于弄好了，分享如下：

錯誤信息

Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 10106: create Several ports (8005, 8080, 8009) required by Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost are already in use. The server may already be running in another process, or a system process may be using the port. To start this server you will need to stop the other process or change the port number(s).

解決方案：

解決方案： 1，以管理員身份打開命令提示符2，輸入 netsh winsock reset 3，重啟電腦就ok了

還有，不要把網絡設置成專用網絡…….
